Crosslink Technology Holdings has disposed of Silentbloc UK Ltd to Dellner Bubenzer Group of Sweden and Icon Aerospace Technology Ltd to US based Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS).
Dellner Woodville, a subsidiary of the Swedish headquartered Dellner Bubenzer Group, international leaders and global suppliers of braking products and polymer solutions has acquired Silentbloc, Burton upon Trent based vibration control and energy management specialists.
A former subsidiary of Crosslink Technology Holdings, Silentbloc, pioneers in energy management, has been sold to the Swedish giant who has plans to propel the business to new levels within the energy management sector.
The newly formed Dellner Polymer Solutions division incorporates Dellner Woodville and Silentbloc, and forms part of the groups wider strategic initiative to drive growth and new opportunities whilst staying at the forefront of polymer technology.
Meanwhile, the acquisition of Icon is also highly strategic for IPS and broadens their design and manufacturing capabilities and also strengthens their reach into the UK and European Markets.
