We’re exceptionally proud to announce our Corporate Finance team have been shortlisted for not one, not two, but three Insider Dealmaker Awards!
The categories in which they are finalists are:
- SME Advisory Team of the Year
- SME Deal of the Year – 200 Degrees’ £3m development capital deal
- Dealmaker of the Year – Partner, Dan Bowtell
The shortlisting’s follow Smith Cooper Corporate Finance’s most successful year yet, with a record breaking 35 deals completed in 2017 – a hike from the previous year’s total of 28. Whilst the majority of deals were completed within the Midlands region, a significant number were spread across the UK and extended internationally.
This secured the team a top 10 UK ranking, and positioned them 9th by deal volume in the Midlands, placing them alongside a pedigree of international advisers.
The Insider Awards remain an extremely prestigious event in the region’s calendar, recognising leading professionals who have been successfully creating deals over the past 12 months.
Winners will be announced at the awards evening, which is to be held on Thursday 24th May 2018 at the Nottingham Belfry. Good luck to all nominees!
