Smith Cooper IT announced they have attained a Gold competency for small businesses, demonstrating a “best-in-class” ability and commitment to meet customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment.

To earn a Microsoft gold competency, partners must successfully complete exams to prove their level of technology expertise as well as submitting customer references that demonstrate successful projects and implementing a yearly customer satisfaction study. Partners must also pass technology and/or sales assessments.

Smith Cooper IT have experience of providing both IT and business advisory services to firms in all sectors, in a wide range of markets that operate with staff bases from 1 user all the way up to 250 users. The firm boasts Microsoft Certified Professionals, a Sage strategic partnership and has been awarded a number of Microsoft accreditations including a Silver competency in Midmarket solutions.
