We have a range of professional training vacancies available each year, and support our trainees through their exams and accreditation’s, which include ACA, ACCA, AAT or Tax related qualifications.

In the last 12 months, Smith Cooper have welcomed 18 new trainees/apprentices, taking the total number of trainees to 46, constituting 20% of our entire workforce.

Smith Cooper has grown its workforce significantly over the last five years to ensure we continue on an upwards trajectory – in the last year alone a total of 43 new starters have been welcomed to the business.
