Smith Cooper having advised MPS Care Group, the operator of 17 care homes across the UK and Ireland, on the acquisition of 8 new homes, also advised on securing an additional £2 million of funding from the incumbent funders.
Smith Cooper assisted with the project management of the application for finance, preparing forecasts and liaising with the bank on the Group’s behalf.
