Fine Colour Packaging Ltd, Nottingham, East Midlands, England, provider of packaging services, acquired the trade and assets of Smurfit Cartons Witham, Witham, Essex, England, the folding carton manufacturing division of Smurfit Cartons UK, which in turn is a subsidiary of Jefferson Smurfit Group Ltd, Dublin, Ireland, manufacturer of containerboard, corrugated containers and other paper based products. Finance for the deal was provided by Enterprise Finance Europe. Consideration not disclosed.
