Smith Cooper advised a newly incorporated company – Ensco 1127, set up by two West Midlands based brothers and orthodontist practitioners, on its multimillion pound acquisition of a multi-site orthodontics business. The brothers behind the acquisition have over 20 years’ joint experience in the dental healthcare profession, with three established practices. The acquisition was Scottish based Sayegh Orthodontics which trades as Scottish Orthodontics. With 6 sites in Edinburgh and surrounding districts Scottish Orthodontics is one of the largest and most technically advanced practices in Scotland.
