Four04 Holdings Ltd, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, England, manufacturer of fresh produce plastic packaging solutions, via Brayfour Ltd, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England, acquired a stake in Brayford Plastics Ltd, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England, operating from Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England, manufacturer of plastic printed bags and reel plastic films. Consideration not disclosed. The shares will be held alongside those held by Janet Parr and by the senior management team who will continue to run the business and the existing management team will be joined by Sean Coxon, Managing Director of Four04 Packaging Ltd. It is planned that considerable further investment will be made at the Brayford site, in Lincoln. Smith Cooper advised the seller.
