Sage VAT Update Friday, 1st January 2010
From 1st January 2010, the UK standard rate of VAT will increase from 15% to 17.5%.
To help supported clients through this transition Smith Cooper have prepared a fact sheet to help you update your system.
If you are using Sage 50 Accounts v2007 or above or Sage Instant Accounts v14 or above, there is a utility that you can use to make the required changes quickly and easily.
If you are using Sage 200, Line 100, MMS, Sage Accounts v12 or below, or if you prefer to make the required changes manually we have a fact sheet detailing the update required.
