Smith Cooper win Sage Customer Service Award

Smith Cooper are celebrating after been presented with the Circle of Excellence award at the fifth Circle of Excellence Gala dinner. The awards that took place in the stunning setting of The Alnwick Garden, Northumberland and recognise the top 15 Sage Business Partners based on customer feedback.

The Circle of Excellence rewards Sage Business Partners who provide Sage customers with an extraordinary customer experience. 15 Business Partner are recognised across the Sage community as being the leaders in customer experience. Sage run this initiative annually and invite over 1000 Business Partners to take part and is based on how likely customers are to recommend them.

On presenting the award to Smith Cooper, Paul Stobart, CEO, UK and Ireland Region, Sage (UK) Limited, states, “I’m delighted to present this award to Smith Cooper. Our vision is to be the business software company that everyone recommends and our Business Partners are a vital part of this. The Circle of Excellence rewards our Business Partners who support this vision by providing our customers with a fantastic customer experience, and this is something that I’m also very passionate about so my congratulations go to all involved.”
