Infuse Technology, a company providing Managed IT Services, was formed at the beginning of October by long-time IT experts Paul Howard and Danny Mills to fill what they call “a void in the IT support market”.
According to the co-founders Howard and Mills, the concept behind Infuse Technology is to put the user first by encouraging business owners to use technology in a way that will benefit them individually and make a difference to their business.
“Selling hardware and offering support when a technological issue occurs is simply not enough in today’s environment. Danny and I have been in this business for over 20 years between us and have not only witnessed, but been a part of its evolution. IT is something many businesses invest in, but don’t make the most of and that’s how the idea for Infuse Technology was born” said Howard.
“There are many companies who offer IT support,” continues Mills “but very few of these actually use IT as a tool to help their clients grow their business. Our service offering puts the user at the heart and has been designed not only to provide an unparalleled level of support for when technical issues do arise, but to ensure all of our clients receive bespoke advice and management for all of their business issues. We are committed in helping our clients grow their business and benefitting from their technology, not just seeing it as a tool.”
Infuse Technology focuses on the user by providing bespoke solutions designed to improve processes.
Mills added: "In creating Infuse Technology, we are building on the skills and customer relationships of Paul and myself, two already successful and highly respected IT advisors, and creating a service that not only suits the current needs of the market, but also offers the support that many business owners don’t even know exists. With our strong management team and talented workforce, we offer proactive support focusing on avoiding issues before they arise through preventive maintenance and not just fire fighting as many IT Support providers do.”
