Since the start of 2015, Infuse Technology has increased its client base by 15%, building on their success from 2014.
Infuse offer a wide range of IT Services including IT Support, Hardware and Software Supply and a whole range of Cloud Solutions such as Email through Office 365. A recent introduction in customer service software from Connectwise allows all clients to log queries, create quotes and order equipment from an individual client portal and this has played a key part in the recent increase in clients switching to Infuse. Teamed with their proactive managed IT support, this progression in their service delivery has enhanced their client’s online experience, enabling clients to monitor the status of issues, quotes and orders in real time.
Since the start of the year, Infuse has won new clients across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, automotive and retail with one of the most recent including Derby County Football Club.
